Full System Installation

BMS Installation

A building management system is the operating system of your building — controlling HVAC, chiller plant, lighting, and critical equipment. When that system is end-of-life, unsupported, or too fragmented to manage effectively, we replace it.

We design and install modern, open-protocol building control systems from the ground up — powered by Vantage, our building intelligence platform. As independent engineers with no manufacturer ties, we specify the right hardware for your building, not the most profitable option for a vendor. Every installation includes full commissioning, staff handover, and an ongoing managed service.

EMS Overlay

Your existing BMS stays exactly where it is. We connect the Vantage EMS layer on top — optimising chiller scheduling, load shaping, and demand management in real time. Zero disruption to building operations. No rip-and-replace. Your engineering team keeps the controls they know; we add the intelligence.

Where significant energy savings are identified, we offer a performance-based model: we fund and deploy the full EMS at our expense, and you pay only from the savings we generate. A guaranteed minimum of 10% is tracked directly on your utility bill — in dollars, not kWh estimates.

We connect via your existing network. The current BMS carries on as-is — no reconfiguration, no downtime, no disruption to engineering operations or building occupants.

Savings Guaranteed in Dollars

We commit to a minimum 10% reduction on addressable energy spend, tracked in dollars on your utility bill — not kWh estimates. Comparable properties typically see 15–20% reductions.

Zero Upfront — Performance Model

For qualifying buildings, we fund and install the full EMS at our expense. Our fee is a share of the savings delivered. If targets aren't met, fees are deferred until they are.
